The groups purpose is to meet up for trail running. Join if you are comfortable on the trails and if you can run at least for 50 min without stopping. The trail is an equalizer for speed, so don't worry too much about speed. We may also sometimes post beginner runs, but will clearly identify the no drop runs. We are a group of runners who run distances typicall longer than a marathon, 26.2 miles. We run on road or trail; however, a majority of the runs are on trail due to lower impact on the body. Those runs that are not on trail are typically track workouts or hill repeats on road. If you are new to the sport or have a remote interest in ultrarunning look no further.
