A new running group for ladies that like to run or would like to start running. We meet three times a week to run, Tuesday's at 6:30pm.....Saturday's at 8:30pm and some Sunday's at 4:15pm.... Fun casual group all abilities welcome. We also have a facebook group called Ladies on the run.
